Programs at Care For All Ages Child Care

We have thoughtfully designed programs for each of our age groups.

We maintain a curriculum which provides parents with developmental records as children grow and learn. See below for each of our programs. If you have any questions, please give us a call or stop by and see us.

Infants & Toddlers

Our infant and toddler rooms are divided into developmentally appropriate settings. Example:

• 6 weeks to 6 months - 1 classroom
• 6 months to 1 year olds - 1 classroom
• 1 year to one and half year olds - 1 classroom
• One and half year to 2 year olds - 1 classroom

Each baby’s individual needs are met just like at home. We have a loving and caring environment where you as parents can feel secure leaving your baby or toddler with our staff.

Two Year Olds

Our busy two year olds are kept active with themed lesson plans that promote learning while having fun.

We have a separate classroom for our 2 to 2 1/2 year olds and another room dedicated for our 2 1/2 to three-year olds.

Our two’s are involved in hands on activities from cooking to creative art work to make their day a positive and happy experience.

You won’t believe the fun they have unless you come in for a tour and see the classrooms in action!

3-5 Year Olds

Our three’s, four’s, and five year olds have their days filled with experiences that meet each child’s unique level of learning.

Each age group has a large spacious classroom designed with different areas to promote a fun and educational environment.

A typical scheduled day for this age group is.

6:30 - 8:00 - Arrival - Free Play - Breakfast
8:00 - 10:00 - Group Time, Learning Centers, Art, Etc..
10:00 - 10:45 - Outside/Large Muscle
10:45 - 11:00 - Prepare for Lunch
11:00 - 12:00 - Lunch Time
12:00 - 2:30 - Nap/Rest Period
2:30 - 3:00 - Snack
3:00 - 4:00 - Stories/Free Play
4:00 - 4:30 - Outside/Large Muscle
4:30 - 6:00 - Departures







 

School Age

The summer is full of outside games, walks to the library, fun and learning field trips which occur at least twice a week.

They also have time to just kick back and be kids and have fun with their friends. Being the unique center that we are, the kids get to play bingo, make cookies, do art, etc with the elderly next door that call Care For All Ages their home.

During the school year, transportation before and after school is available to most West side schools.

A nutritious snack is given when they arrive back to the center. After snack they can choose from a wide variety of activities that are offered.

Extended Care

Care For All Ages is happy to provide evening hours to meet your needs. We are here until 6:30pm Monday thru Friday.

A typical evening schedule looks like this:

DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, THE CENTER CLOSES AT 6:30 P.M. THERFORE SUPPER IS NOT SERVED.  SNACK IS SERVED AT 6:00 P.M.

6:00-6:30 Supper- Served family Style
6:30-7:30 Circle Time/Departure (Stories, songs, fingerplays, art, Etc.)
7:30- Close
